Conferences

Alongside individual and group coaching, I run workshops, seminars, training courses and corporate conferences.

Sharing my knowledge with a wider audience gives me a thrill – I love it!

Workshops and conferences are tailored to the needs of the companies or associations that contact me.

They can be online or face-to-face, in English or French.

Of course, I have my own favorite topics, such as burn-out prevention or perfectionism, but I have more than one string to my bow!

Topics

Here are all the topics I cover in my conferences and workshops:

  • Well-being at work
  • Preventing burnout
  • Perfectionism and imposter syndrome
  • Life and career transitions
  • Stress management
  • Time and energy management
  • Motivation, Resilience, Success
  • Emotional intelligence and non-violent communication
  • Self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Expatriation & Returning home

If you’re interested in one or more of these topics, please send me your company’s requirements (via this form or by email to coachingrealise@gmail.com) and I’ll be happy to get back to you!

Testimonials

Conference on burnout prevention

Originally in French

Quality speaker, clear, eloquent, accessible and very attentive to her audience.

To evoke a delicate subject.

A no-holds-barred presentation designed to give everyone the tools they need to prevent burnout.

This training session was held in a convivial atmosphere.

A moment of sharing and introspection, useful for everyone, and a way of approaching our daily lives of tomorrow with a better understanding of ourselves, our limits and our needs.

Highly recommended for both group and individual coaching.

Diane Wattiez

Lawyer, Member of the "Association des Juriste Namurois"

Conference for the International Womens’ Day

Originally in French

As part of the activities we offer to our internal women’s network, Virginie came to talk to us about limiting beliefs and the unconscious injunctions they induce, sometimes leading to imposter syndrome.

Each time a limiting belief was mentioned, the audience reacted, whispered and exchanged…. “It’s crazy, that’s just like me! Everyone seemed to recognize a bit of themselves. The participants were challenged and happy to be challenged.

Awareness is the first step towards change, and Virginie did an excellent job of bringing it about.

Sabrina Kazi

Project Manager, TotalEnergies

Conference for expat partners

Virginie knew, in 40 minutes, how to touch the pain points of the audience and unlock a positive, solution oriented energy. Virginie has the right doses of empathy, humor and professionalism to create an atmosphere of trust – we all felt like transitioning again. Warmly recommended!

Eleonore van Rijckevorsel

Director of Operations Belgium and Netherlands, Packimpex

As a certified professional coach, ICF PCC accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I support women in their life and career choices.

I focus on transition coaching, having experienced several transitions myself: burnout, professional reconversion, expatriation and return home.

Trained as a commercial engineer, I spent 13 years in consulting before moving to Kuala Lumpur for 4 years.

During my stay abroad, I trained in coaching and set up my own nomadic coaching business.

Now back in Belgium, I’m passionately pursuing this new career, eager to share my knowledge through training courses, workshops and conferences.
