The 4 steps of NVC (non-violent communication) are so useful to understand better our emotions about a situation and to share constructively our thoughts and feelings about it.⁠

I’ve created a video about it and here is a template including the 4 steps approach with an example.

You can easily use it in your daily life to apply the non-violent communication in your discussions.⁠
